The number of revisions allotted is based on your selected package. You may request as many revisions as stated in your package details.
At Web Geeks Global, we focus on providing the best possible results and will continue revising your project until your expectations are met.
You will not be charged additional fees for revisions unless design concepts are changed entirely.
Revised designs are typically delivered within 48 hours.


Turnaround Time

Web Geeks Global maintains a 48–72 hour turnaround time for most design services.
This timeframe refers to a single iteration or stage of a design, not the full project duration.

Example:

  • Orders or revisions placed on Monday → Delivered by Wednesday.

  • Orders or revisions placed on Friday → Delivered by Tuesday (end of day).

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the following conditions.
Your right to a full or partial refund becomes void if any of the following apply:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.

  • A custom or special package was purchased.

  • The primary design concept (for any service) has been approved.

  • The logo or website has been finalized or made live.

  • Revisions have been requested.

  • The cancellation reason is unrelated to the project.

  • There has been no communication for more than 2 weeks.

  • Our company policies have been violated.

  • You have engaged another designer or company for the same project.

  • The creative brief lacks required information.

  • A complete design change has been requested.

  • The refund request was made after the allowed time period.

  • The business has closed or rebranded.

  • Reasons such as “change of mind” or “partner disagreement” do not qualify for a refund.

If multiple revisions have been accepted, you may be eligible for a 50% refund, subject to management approval.
Refunds for bundled packages apply only to the individual service in question — not the full bundle.

Cancellations prior to project initiation due to non-project-related reasons are subject to a 33% administrative fee.

Note:
Once a refund is processed, you relinquish all rights to the designs. They become the sole property of Web Geeks Global.

Services not covered under our money-back guarantee include:

  • Copyrights or legal certificates

  • Website or email hosting

  • Domain registration

  • SSL certificates

  • Maintenance or SEO plans

  • Paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, social media, etc.)

In such cases, partial refunds may be considered at management’s discretion.


How to Claim a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact your Project Manager via phone or email.

  2. Start a Live Chat session on our website.

  3. Email us at support@webgeeksglobal.com with your order details.

Refunds for cancellations prior to project initiation must be requested within 24 hours of order placement for a full refund.
Requests made after 24 hours may be subject to service charges.

After a refund, all related design rights revert to Web Geeks Global.

  • Product details must be provided by the client.

We are not responsible for any similarity between selected images and those on other websites.


NDA & Reputation Management Policy

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client projects and information.
Upon project completion, both parties agree to refrain from making defamatory or disparaging statements about each other.
We value transparency and professionalism at every stage.


Record Maintenance

We keep records of finalized projects to assist clients who need copies of their files later.
